What we collect
To rent you a bike we record your name, passport or ID number, phone or chat contact, hotel name (for delivery), and rental dates. We photograph the bike together at pickup; you may appear in those photos.
How we use it
Only to operate your rental: identity verification, the rental agreement, contacting you about the booking, and handling deposits or traffic fines. We never sell or share your data with third parties except where Thai law requires it.
How long we keep it
Rental documents are kept for up to 2 years after your rental (for fines that arrive late and accounting), then destroyed.
Website analytics
This website uses Google Ads measurement (gtag) to count visits and button clicks. It does not collect your name or contact details. You can block cookies in your browser without affecting the website.
Chat platforms
If you contact us on WhatsApp, LINE or Facebook, your messages are handled by those platforms under their own privacy policies.
Online booking deposit payments
If you choose to pay a booking deposit online, your card details are entered directly into a secure form provided by Omise, our payment processor — they never pass through or get stored on BookBike's website or servers. We only receive the payment result (success/failure) and a reference number. See Omise's own privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
Your rights
Under the Thai Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you may ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time — message us on any channel or visit the shop.

เราใช้ข้อมูลอย่างไร
ใช้เฉพาะเพื่อการเช่าของคุณ: ยืนยันตัวตน ทำสัญญา ติดต่อเรื่องการจอง และจัดการมัดจำหรือใบสั่ง เราไม่ขายหรือส่งต่อข้อมูลให้บุคคลที่สาม ยกเว้นตามที่กฎหมายไทยกำหนด
เก็บนานแค่ไหน
เอกสารการเช่าเก็บไว้ไม่เกิน 2 ปีหลังการเช่า (รองรับใบสั่งที่มาช้าและงานบัญชี) จากนั้นทำลายทิ้ง
การวิเคราะห์เว็บไซต์
เว็บไซต์นี้ใช้ Google Ads (gtag) นับจำนวนผู้เข้าชมและการคลิกปุ่ม ไม่เก็บชื่อหรือข้อมูลติดต่อของคุณ สามารถบล็อกคุกกี้ในเบราว์เซอร์ได้โดยไม่กระทบการใช้งาน
