Rental Terms

1. Requirements
- A valid passport (foreign visitors) or Thai national ID.
- A valid Thai or international driving licence for motorcycles.
- A refundable cash deposit of THB 2,000 per bike.
2. What is included
- One quality helmet per rider, free of charge.
- A serviced, insured scooter with a full pre-rental check.
- Free delivery to hotels in Prachuap town and nearby beach areas (confirm by chat).
3. Fuel
The bike is handed over with fuel in the tank. Please return it with a similar level; missing fuel is charged at pump price.
4. Damage and loss
The renter is responsible for damage caused during the rental period, charged at fair local repair prices agreed in the rental document. Photos of the bike are taken together at pickup so the condition is clear to both sides. Theft or total loss is the renter's responsibility — always use the steering lock and park in safe areas.
5. Late return and extension
The rental day runs 24 hours from pickup. Returns more than 2 hours late are charged as an extra day. Extensions are easy — just message us before your return time.
6. Traffic fines
Fines issued during the rental period (speeding, parking, no-helmet) are the renter's responsibility, including fines that arrive after the rental ends.
7. Online booking deposit
An optional THB 300 booking deposit can be paid online by card via Omise to hold a reservation before pickup. This booking deposit is deducted from your total rental cost when you pick up the bike, and is non-refundable if you do not show up or cancel after the confirmed pickup time. BookBike does not store your card details — payment is processed directly by Omise.
8. Security deposit return
If you pay in person, the THB 2,000 security deposit is paid in cash at pickup and returned in full at drop-off after a quick joint inspection, provided the bike is returned on time and in the same condition.
If you choose to pay the full rental amount online, your online payment includes the THB 2,000 security deposit combined into a single card charge. In that case the deposit is not paid in cash — it is refunded by bank transfer within a few business days after the bike is returned on time and in good condition, or deducted (in full or in part) to cover fuel, damage, fines or late-return charges as described above.
9. Riding safety
Helmets are required by Thai law for rider and passenger. Never ride after drinking. The bike may only be ridden by the person(s) named in the rental agreement, within Prachuap Khiri Khan province unless agreed otherwise.

- ใบขับขี่รถจักรยานยนต์ไทยหรือสากลที่ยังไม่หมดอายุ
- เงินมัดจำ 2,000 บาทต่อคัน (คืนเต็มจำนวน)
2. สิ่งที่รวมในราคา
- หมวกนิรภัยคุณภาพดี ฟรีต่อผู้ขับขี่
- รถผ่านการเช็คสภาพและมีประกันตามกฎหมาย
- ส่งรถฟรีถึงโรงแรมในเขตเมืองประจวบฯ และหาดใกล้เคียง (ยืนยันทางแชท)
3. น้ำมัน
ส่งมอบรถพร้อมน้ำมันในถัง กรุณาคืนรถด้วยระดับน้ำมันใกล้เคียงกัน หากขาดคิดตามราคาหน้าปั๊ม
4. ความเสียหายและการสูญหาย
ผู้เช่ารับผิดชอบความเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างเช่า คิดตามราคาซ่อมท้องถิ่นที่เป็นธรรมตามที่ระบุในสัญญา มีการถ่ายรูปรถร่วมกันตอนรับรถเพื่อความชัดเจนทั้งสองฝ่าย กรณีรถหายผู้เช่ารับผิดชอบ — กรุณาล็อคคอและจอดในที่ปลอดภัยเสมอ
5. คืนรถล่าช้าและการต่อเวลา
นับ 24 ชั่วโมงจากเวลารับรถ คืนช้าเกิน 2 ชั่วโมงคิดเพิ่มเป็น 1 วัน ต่อเวลาได้ง่ายๆ เพียงทักแชทก่อนถึงกำหนดคืน
6. ค่าปรับจราจร
ใบสั่งที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างการเช่า (ความเร็ว จอดผิดที่ ไม่สวมหมวก) เป็นความรับผิดชอบของผู้เช่า รวมถึงใบสั่งที่มาถึงหลังคืนรถแล้ว
7. มัดจำจองคิวออนไลน์
สามารถชำระมัดจำจองคิว 300 บาทผ่านบัตรออนไลน์ด้วย Omise เพื่อล็อกคิวก่อนวันรับรถ มัดจำนี้จะถูกหักออกจากค่าเช่ารวมตอนรับรถ และไม่คืนหากไม่มารับรถหรือยกเลิกหลังเวลานัดที่ยืนยันแล้ว ทาง BookBike ไม่เก็บข้อมูลบัตรของคุณ — การชำระเงินดำเนินการโดย Omise โดยตรง
8. การคืนมัดจำ
หากชำระที่ร้าน มัดจำเงินสด 2,000 บาทจะชำระตอนรับรถ และคืนเต็มจำนวนทันทีที่คืนรถ หลังตรวจสภาพร่วมกัน หากคืนตรงเวลาและสภาพรถเหมือนตอนรับ
หากเลือกชำระค่าเช่าเต็มจำนวนออนไลน์ ยอดชำระจะรวมมัดจำคืนได้ 2,000 บาทไว้ในรายการเดียวกัน ในกรณีนี้จะไม่มีการจ่ายมัดจำเป็นเงินสด — เราจะโอนคืนมัดจำผ่านบัญชีธนาคารภายในไม่กี่วันทำการหลังคืนรถตรงเวลาและสภาพดี หรือหักบางส่วน/เต็มจำนวนเพื่อชดเชยค่าน้ำมัน ความเสียหาย ค่าปรับ หรือค่าคืนรถล่าช้าตามที่ระบุไว้ข้างต้น
9. ความปลอดภัย
กฎหมายไทยบังคับสวมหมวกนิรภัยทั้งผู้ขับและผู้ซ้อน ห้ามขับขี่หลังดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ อนุญาตให้ขับขี่เฉพาะผู้ที่มีชื่อในสัญญา ภายในจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ เว้นแต่ตกลงกันเป็นอย่างอื่น
